Programmi
Gli itinerari proposti e le relative indicazioni sulle tappe e sulla loro durata sono da intendersi indicativi in quanto  potranno essere oggetto di variazioni e/o modifiche in considerazione sia delle mutabili  condizioni atmosferiche   sia per decisioni delle guide atte a garantire la massima sicurezza ai partecipanti.

Preparazione
I trekking proposti sono accessibili a chiunque abbia un buona dimestichezza con l’andare in montagna e richiedono un normale allenamento fisico. Le proposte di tipo alpinistico, che sono comunque alla portata di molti, necessitano di un buon allenamento fisico e di capacità di adattamento alla quota oltre che la conoscenza delle basilari nozioni tecniche.  

Trasporti
Voli aerei internazionali : classe economica (max 20 kg di bagaglio)
Voli aerei interni : con  compagnie locali
Su strada : con bus privati e/o pubblici reperiti in loco
Trekking ed ascensioni : sulla base delle abitudini locali ( portatori, muli o yak)

Vitto ed alloggio
Durante i trekking, le escursione e le ascensioni è prevista la formula del “tutto compreso” con alloggiamento in tenda o lodge, mentre per quanto riguarda le giornate nelle principali città è previsto il trattamento BB (pernottamento e prima colazione)

Alimentazione

Durante i giorni del trekking, delle escursioni e delle ascensioni i pasti vengono preparati con prodotti locali. E’ consuetudine che ogni partecipante porti con sé alcuni prodotti Italiani (formaggi, salumi, dolci, vino e liquori) da consumarsi insieme a tutti i partecipanti  con il pane nero Ossolano fornito direttamente dall’organizzazione.

Medicinali/Vaccinazioni
Una piccola farmacia collettiva è sempre a disposizione dei partecipanti, è comunque consigliabile che ogni partecipante disponga di una propria dotazione in particolare per chi utilizza farmaci particolari. Nel caso in cui risultino necessarie vaccinazioni e/o profilassi particolari verranno evidenziate negli specifici programmi.

Prezzi
Normalmente il prezzo del viaggio non comprende tasse e permessi di entrata nei paesi stranieri, permessi per trekking e/o ascensioni, tasse entrata parchi nazionali, pranzi e cene nelle città e quanto non specificatamente elencato in ogni singolo programma alla voce “La quota comprende”.

Considerazioni
Visto le caratteristiche dei viaggi proposti che tendono a privilegiare l’aspetto escursionistico ed alpinistico piuttosto che quello turistico vero e proprio è necessario da parte dei partecipanti un certo spirito di adattamento per superare i disagi del camminare, del vivere all’aria aperta, del dormire in tenda e della prolungata convivenza con i compagni d’avventura.

Saccone da viaggio ampio e resistente;
Zaino da montagna (40/50 litri);
Scarpe da tennis, pedule da trekking ed un paio di comode ciabatte e /o sandali;
Sacco a pelo di piumino;
Felpa o pile leggero;
Felpa o pile pesante;
Camicia leggera e pesante;
Magliette in cotone e tarspiranti (tipo capilene);
Giacca di piumino o gorotex;
Pantaloni corti, leggeri e da montagna (con sovrapantalone in gorotex);
Cappellino da sole  in tela e berretto in lana o pile;
Guanti;
Calze leggere e pesanti;
Calzamaglia;
Maglieria intima;
Bastoncini da trekking;
Occhiali e crema da sole;
Pila frontale e batterie e lampadine di scorta;

Materiale fotografico con batterie di scorta;
